Marcus Smith is a passionate and solution-driven leader with over 25 years’ experience in the payments industry.  Having served as a senior executive for both publicly-traded and privately-held organizations, Marcus has a proven track record of leading diverse teams and exceeding performance targets while promoting a positive culture in fast-paced environments.  With an emphasis on Risk, Compliance, and Operations Management, Mr. Smith has contributed to the successful development and maintenance of organizational infrastructure throughout his career.

Sandra Blair is an accomplished fintech executive with a broad range of payments industry experience serving in leadership roles including CIO, COO, CPO and EVP. Additionally, she has served as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a leading Management Consulting firm specializing in business performance improvement and turnaround management services. Her success is rooted in her record of building and developing teams that consistently perform at the highest level. Ms. Blair’s decision-making is meticulously informed by her comprehensive knowledge of strategy and execution. She is a member of the Electronic Transaction Association(ETA),Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and Women in Payments (Wnet), and is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics including emerging trends in fintech and diversity in the workplace.   

Rodrique has been in IT for 20+ years in various industries including payments. Some of his accomplishments include large scale integrations for disparate systems, leading various companies through a digital transformation, and educating companies on how to manage innovation while allowing them to coexist with work in flight.
